Deer Daisy Exclusive Design Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions - ”I” means Deer Daisy – ABN: 15108658497 and “you” means you the customer.

Product Information and Representation

Deer Daisy is a business specialising in custom made invitations and coordinating accessories for weddings and other celebratory occasions. Artist and business owner, Sophie Duncan, creates simplistic and modern designs perfect for those looking to add a quirky, edgy twist to their big event. All designs feature illustrations hand drawn by Sophie to suit the customers’ individual style and unique personality.

Deer Daisy will create a unique Design for you. Your design, whether ‘sample or completed’, may be added to my portfolio to be viewed on the Deer Daisy website and social media accounts. Once your order is complete, I may choose to include your design in my “Deer Daisy Collection” for others to purchase, unless requested otherwise.

Personal information, such as address and phone numbers will be removed from the design before it is made available for others to view. Deer Daisy will ask permission to name stationery after the customers it was created for.

Deer Daisy designs may not be copied, duplicated or recreated in any part or in full. All rights of the designs are attributable to Deer Daisy.

Personal Information

Deer Daisy respects your privacy and any personal details (photos, images, text, graphics) received from you, as a result of an enquiry or order, will be kept secure and not shared with any third party.

Colour Disparities

The upmost care is taken in achieving your desired colour tones, however, Deer Daisy takes no responsibility for the differentiation between onscreen and printed colours.

Deer Daisy Pre-Designed Collection

Receipt of your your orders total balance is your acceptance of these terms and condition and work will commence on your order. The deposit amount is non-refundable.

You will receive a proof PDF file of your design within five working days of this deposit being received.

Additional time may be required if you wish to make to any changes to the original design of choice other than your personal wording.

Three minor changes can be made to this proof. If you wish to make more minor changes, or change your design requiring a new design direction, then an hourly rate of $60.00 AUD p/h will apply. This will be discussed prior to work being continued. I am happy to discuss any changes with you by phone, however all changes must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

All additional changes to the original design, other than your personal wording, will incur a fee.

Printing guest’s names on individual cards will incur an additional cost, which will be included in the final quote.

You are responsible for finding and reporting any mistakes to Deer Daisy on this proof before the final payment is made and printing commences. Deer Daisy takes no responsibility for any mistakes found after the designs have been sent to print.

Printing will not commence until you have given your approval on your design’s proof and full payment has been received.

“Print Your Own” Stationery

Deer Daisy will provide you with the PDF file of your design and it is then your responsibility to arrange printing, payment, pickup and envelopes.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique individual nature of your order, no returns will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Any monies paid for an order shall not be refundable in the event of cancellation by you and shall be retained by Deer Daisy to offset the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation

A deposit amount of 50% is required for all printed stationery and full payment for “Print Your Own” PDF files. These amounts are non- refundable no matter what stage of the creation is reached should you decide to cancel an order. Balance of payment and any additional costs are also non-refundable. If an order is cancelled after the final approval then the full amount is still payable.

Postage and Handling

Postage and handling is non- refundable. Deer Daisy delivers using Australia Post.  Please see the FAQ page on the Deer Daisy Website for details on shipping options. Our priority is getting your order to you in a timely manner and will be sent to the address given by you in writing in the ordering stage. It is your responsibility to inform Deer Daisy of any changes to address in writing. In the unlikely event that your stationery is lost or damaged by Australia Post Deer Daisy will not be held responsible or obligated to give you a refund if you have not purchased insurance for your parcel. If you are interested in purchasing shipping with insurance please contact me personally so I can arrange this service for you.
