In these Terms and Conditions - ”I” means Deer Daisy – ABN: 15108658497 and “you” means you the customer.

Product Information and Representation

Deer Daisy is a business specialising in environmentally conscious stationery, hand illustrated in Byron Bay by business founder, Sophie Duncan.

Your personal information

Your business name and website will be added to our stockists page unless requested otherwise.  You’re e-mail will be added to our stockist mailing list, unless requested otherwise, so you will be updated with Deer Daisy news, sales and new design releases.

Returns and Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or returns on our stationery.

Cancellation Policy

Any monies paid for an order shall not be refundable in the event of cancellation by you and shall be retained by Deer Daisy to offset the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation.

Postage and Handling

Postage and handling is non- refundable. Deer Daisy delivers using Australia Post and your order will be shipped within 2-5 days of your payment being received. Tracking is always included and can be provided to you on request. Our priority is getting your order to you in a timely manner and it will be sent to the address given by you in writing in the ordering stage. It is your responsibility to inform Deer Daisy of any changes to address in writing.
